About the role:

You will manage the delivery of hospitality and catering services across the Westlakes Campus, currently comprising of the John Fyfe Building for academic and student support delivery, and Summergrove as Halls of Residence with associated social and student support delivery for Westlakes students. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, and planning and business development for the catering and hospitality function.

This role is based at our Westlakes campus in Cumbria and will involve some travel between buildings at the Westlakes campus.

About you:

Experience of management within Hospitality/Catering is required with strong leadership skills, along with knowledge of health and safety requirements within the Catering industry.

You will need to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in Catering/Management, e.g. NEBSM CITY & GUILD or equivalent.
