Position: Supervised Contact Worker
Days & Times:
Every Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Every Tuesday from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Location: To be confirmed
Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Supervised Contact Worker to facilitate and supervise family contact sessions. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, supportive environment for children and families during contact visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise contact sessions between children and family members
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns promptly
Follow safeguarding policies and procedures
Requirements:
Experience working with children and families in a social care or similar setting
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
