Description
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Inquiries and Decisions Officers (SO2) to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of inquiries and making informed decisions that adhere to organizational policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities
Manage and respond to various inquiries from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Analyze incoming requests and issues to determine appropriate actions and decisions based on established policies.
Prepare written responses and documentation for inquiries, ensuring clarity and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to gather information and support comprehensive responses to complex inquiries.
Conduct research and analysis to inform decisions and recommendations on various issues.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, decisions made, and related correspondence for future reference and audits.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on best practices in handling inquiries and decision-making processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in customer service or inquiry management.
Proven experience in a role that involves handling public inquiries and decision-making responsibilities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulations and policies effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using various software applications for documentation and communication purposes.
