Crynodeb
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Housing Repair Technician to join our damp, mould & disrepair team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to our housing stock, ensuring homes are safe, secure, and well-maintained for our residents. The ideal candidate will be able to:
Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating).
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard.
Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile technology.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the organisation professionally at all times.
