Join Our Friendly Clinical Education and Development Team as an Administrator
Location:Brighton General Hospital, Arundel Building
Hours:Full time, 37.5 hours per week (weekdays 9-5, no weekends)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Clinical Education and Development Team at Brighton General Hospital. If you have a keen eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to multitask, this varied role could be your perfect fit. As a key member of our team, you'll provide essential administrative support to your friendly colleagues, helping to deliver exciting learning and development opportunities.
About Our Team:
The Clinical Education and Development team consists of multi-professional individuals who deliver training to SCFT staff, manage student placements, and support all learners in practice.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Ensure the smooth operation of our team and the Funding Panel.
• Serve as a helpful point of contact for SCFT staff and Higher Education Institutions regarding funding queries and student allocations.
• Maintain databases, accurately inputting and recording all necessary information.
• Help organise, advertise, and prepare various training sessions.
• Attend meetings, record minutes, and manage Team channels.
• Collaborate with the wider team on various projects.
