This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a large site.
- Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
- £32,000 - £36,000 + company benefits
- Large static site based in W6 Postcode
Responsibilities:
- Tiling
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry preferred
