We have an exciting opportunity for Band 5 registered nurse's to join the Out of Hours Nursing and Conditions Team, covering Hull and East Riding. Commencing shift from Bransholme Health Centre, providing responsive care to patients in their own homes and care homes, main duties include unplanned catheter care and palliative care.
Visits are attended in teams of twos, pools cars provided for the duration of the shift. Part time hours considered, working hours are between 8pm-8am.
