An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join our dynamic, integrated community home oxygen team delivering a high quality service for patients within the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire locality. Candidates must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and be committed to delivering and developing our well-established community service. The role involves undertaking treatment optimisation, clinical oxygen assessments and reviews in both the patients home and in the clinic setting, across both Hull and East Riding areas.
There is also interprofessional working with other agencies to ensure safe delivery of oxygen therapy. There are also opportunities to attend MDT meetings and Regional oxygen meetings, sharing best evidence based practice with colleagues in community oxygen teams regionally, and keeping a-breath of service developments. The service operates Monday to Friday currently excluding weekends and bank holidays. Hours of service are 0900-1700 hours.
