We are seeking Residential Support Workers to join our Oxford team, providing essential support in residential settings.
About the Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people with autism and learning differences, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, promoting independence, confidence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care and support to children and young people in residential settings
Assist with daily routines, personal care, and social activities
Support individuals in developing life skills and fostering independence
Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
Follow care plans and risk assessments to meet individual needs
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with safeguarding requirements
About You
Experience with children and young people with autism or learning differences (preferred but not essential)
Caring, patient, and empathetic approach
Flexibility to work day and night shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
