Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and professional Business Development Manager to support business growth, client and media engagement, contract management, and operational coordination. This role is open to UK-based candidates and eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
Support business development and strategic growth initiatives, including generating new projects and opportunities
Plan, organise, and manage meetings and visits with clients, media channels, and business partners
Manage official correspondence, emails, and professional communications
Prepare, manage, and follow up on contracts and agreements
Maintain efficient and secure filing and documentation systems
Coordinate daily administrative and operational processes
Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and internal documents for management
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in:
Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing, Media, Communication or related
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
Fluent English (written & spoken); Turkish preferred
Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Experience in digital marketing, media, or brand consultancy is a plus
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
