Main duties
• Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
• Identify and develop new projects and business opportunities
• Plan and manage meetings with clients, media channels, and business partners
• Visit client and partner companies in the UK and Turkey
• Manage professional correspondence and communications
• Prepare and follow up on contracts and agreements
• Maintain filing and documentation systems
• Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks
• Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Media, Communication, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good level of Turkish (preferred)
• No travel restrictions (UK & international travel required)
• Experience in digital marketing, media, or brand consultancy is an advantage
• Experience in health tourism or healthcare management is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
