• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.
• Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports on sales activities.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s offerings.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to manage and analyse data effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
• A degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
