Responsibilities
Maintain and cultivate various types of gardens by planting, pruning, weeding, and watering as needed.
Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures effectively.
Prepare soil and garden beds for planting to ensure optimal growth conditions.
Utilize appropriate tools and machinery for gardening tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
Design and implement landscaping projects that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area.
Maintain accurate records of plant care, maintenance schedules, and garden inventory.
Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal planting plans and garden layouts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a gardener or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care techniques.
Ability to identify common plant pests and diseases and implement control measures.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment, including their maintenance and safety.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

End Time: 16:00
