What skills and experience we're looking for

Deighton Gates Primary School is a thriving, community-focused school with a strong caring ethos. Our dedicated team works collaboratively to create a secure, happy, purposeful, and stimulating environment where every child feels respected and valued.

We are seeking committed, motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistants to join our team. The posts are 32.5 hours a week and term time only.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a passion for working with all children
• Ensure all children receive appropriate support for their educational, social, health, and hygiene requirements.

• Be committed to working collaboratively as part of our team, engaging with parents, children, and other professionals to help every child thrive.
• Enjoy building effective, nurturing relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
