What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support high‑quality teaching and learning within our school. You will work with individual pupils and small groups under the direction of teaching and senior staff.

The role involves supporting learning, care, and intervention programmes, including those for pupils with individual or special educational needs, as directed by the class teacher, SENDCo, or external professionals.

You will also assist with the management of pupils and help maintain a positive, safe, and well‑organised classroom environment.
