• Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, right to work documents, attendance, and statutory information.
• Manage HR documentation such as onboarding records, leave records, absence logs, and employment-related forms.
• Provide administrative support in relation to employee welfare matters, including maintaining absence records and related HR documentation.
• Prepare and maintain grievance and disciplinary records as instructed by client employers.
• Use the company’s HR management system to record, update, and organise HR information for client organisations.
• Ensure all HR records are accurate, confidential, and maintained in an organised and auditable manner.
