Be part of their global logistics mission and a company that offers a unique work environment and great career opportunities. We are actively recruiting for a customs brokerage agent for their Manchester depot on nights, 4on, 4off. TP contract. Competitive pay package with extra perks.
The role involves;
Ensuring all customs clearance declarations are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
Receive and prepare customs declarations documents.
Update clearance status in a timely manner to customers.
Customs clearance on air,sea and road consignments for both imports and exports.
Requirements
Previous customs clearance experience, great advantage.
Some knowledge of Freight or Supply Chain Logistics, beneficial.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Good working knowledge of IT systems including MS Word, Excel and Customs Declaration software.
Exceptional customer services.
Positive, reliable, attention to detail and willing to help.
Other:
Work Location: Trafford Park M17.
Shift: 6pm-6am with 1 hour break.
Rotated schedule.
Salary band: £26,000-£28,000.
Holidays =22+8.
