Crynodeb
Provide a point of contact for both internal and external staff to ensure effective communication is maintained. Provide a point of contact for patients and carers, triaging the advice line calls and emails and deal with non-clinical queries. Liaising with clinicians and other staff as required. Use your initiative to prioritise care, depending on clinical need. Ensure the patient journey runs smoothly, by coordinating appointments and liaising with other departments. Coordinating the IBD MDT meetings and to ensure that the outcome is completed and appropriate follow-up is arranged. Please see the attached job description for full information
