Here at InHealth, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a part time Registered Nurse. You will deliver Endoscopy services for our static site in Braintree to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients. This is a part time role working 8am - 6pm / 3 days a week / Flexibility through Monday to Sunday / Weekend rota done on a fair and flexible basis What youll do: Provide assistance pre/during/post diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients to ensure delivery of a high standard of care. Support the senior clinical team, demonstrate procedures to and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff. Participate in the decontamination, traceability and care of endoscopes and other specialised equipment used within the endoscopy unit. Taking part in clinical audits Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team. About you: Experienced Registered Nurse with active NMC pin number. A team player who is supportive, reliable and trustworthy, who gets stuck in and creates a positive atmosphere.
