Crynodeb
To provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service to patients in neonatal, gynaecology and paediatric wards and clinical areas in line with clinical pharmacy standards and objectives. To identify areas of concern related to medicine use within this specialty and escalate to the Divisional Lead as appropriate. To act as a mentor and role model for rotational pharmacists and trainee pharmacists, particularly for the development of clinical expertise.
