About the Pupils
You will be teaching a mixed group of pupils who may have:

- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Behavioural challenges requiring calm, consistent routines
- Gaps in literacy, benefiting greatly from a teacher confident delivering English

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour role will include:
- Teaching small classes with a focus on English (if this is your strength)
- Delivering creative, engaging and differentiated lessons
- Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and personalised learning programmes
- Managing behaviour through calm, relationship‑based approaches
- Working closely with TAs, pastoral teams and on‑site therapists
- Maintaining records, tracking progress, and adapting learning plans
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
