Our client who are a forward-thinking, leading law firm with clients nationwide are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join their successful team on a permanent basis from their Gloucester office.
The role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations. They are looking for a proactive individual who will manage all administrative tasks whilst offering a warm and welcoming presence on the front desk.

Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist all clients, visitors and staff upon arrival to the office
-Answer and forward any incoming phone calls
-Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
-Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries
-Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary
stationery and materials
-Provide administrative support to all departments, such as filing, photocopying,
and data entry
Candidate Attributes:
-Good IT skills with use of Microsoft Office Applications
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
-Professional attitude and work ethic
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary: £26,000 per annum with flexibility depending on experience
