learners?
Impact Futures Group is looking for an Aspire Inclusion Coach to join the Performance team and help shape inclusive education that
transforms futures.
Please note the closing date for this position is Wednesday 4th February 3pm. Successful applicants will be contacted by Friday

The Role:
The provision of Aspire Inclusion Support funding is a key responsibility of this role. You will develop and provide effective
reporting to track learner progress and associated compliance. You will complete monthly audits with associated follow-up activity
to ensure first time compliance for ALS funding. Working closely with the Audit and Compliance team. You will support in
developing a business strategy to ensure learners who are identified as requiring additional learning support, are fully supported
throughout their learning journey, to help them achieve their qualification. You will support delivery teams and support on the
allocation and co-ordination of all resources, communicating with key stakeholders to ensure all necessary learner support is in
place and that it is resulting in positive outcomes.
The role will involve:
- Supporting effective working practices to ensure delivery of high-quality learning support in a variety of contexts and via a
range of delivery methods
- Utilising performance management techniques in order to measure learner progress and outcomes, embedding quality standards and
setting service level agreements.
- Carrying out monthly 121s with Development Coaches to support performance objectives and provide necessary coaching and
mentoring support; maintain open and supportive lines of communication with DC’s to support learners and obtain evidence.
- Keeping up to date with matters relating to additional learning support, including legislation, funding and models of best
practice.

About you:
- Thorough and up to date knowledge of learning support, particularly within the FE sector
- Current knowledge of access arrangements, reasonable adjustments and special considerations
- Current knowledge of compliance for funding for learners with additional needs
- A passion for education, teaching and supporting learners 1:1 and in groups where appropriate
Desirable:
- SEN qualified would be advantageous / qualifications linked to supporting additional needs
- Experience of coaching and mentoring
- Experience of creating and implementing learning support resources
- Knowledge of current curriculum developments within the training industry and in particular additional learning support
- Experience of remotely working would be advantageous
