The Best Connection is currently recruiting experienced Automotive Polishers to join a well-established automotive manufacturer based in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled candidates to secure a temporary to permanent position, subject to a successful skills test.

Key Responsibilities

• Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high standard

• Using polishing equipment, compounds, and materials effectively

• Inspecting completed work to ensure a flawless finish before handover

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive polishing (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

⏰ Hours of Work

• 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00

• Monday to Friday

Pay Rate

• £13.25 - £13.75 per hour
