Shift Work depending on requirement (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am)

We are looking for highly driven Fitters & Reworkers to come join the FormelD Vehicle Manufacturing team and support us on delivering the best at the customer sites. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Carry out vehicle fitting, assembly, rework, and rectification activities
Diagnose and resolve quality issues to OEM standards
Work from build instructions, drawings, and rework sheets
Support end-of-line, containment, and quality confirmation activities
Maintain safety, quality, and 5S standards at all times
Deliver output to takt time and customer KPIs
Escalate defects and deviations clearly and professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive fitting, rework, or vehicle assembly
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a disciplined team
Comfortable working to standardised processes and quality gates
Flexible mindset – shift work, site changes, and ramp-ups are part of the game
NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent automotive experience preferred
An interest in and knowledge of automotive systems and assembly process
High level of attention to detail
Must have safety footwear and workwear
Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
Own Vehicle
