We’re recruiting for a Support Manager to lead two small supported living services in Blackpool, supporting 8 adults with a range of needs to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.

About the Role

As Support Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership, quality, and compliance of two supported living services. You’ll lead from the front supporting your team, working closely with families and professionals, and ensuring the people we support live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

You will be:

Leading and motivating a team of support staff

Ensuring person-centred support is delivered at all times

Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and reviews

Managing rotas, staffing, and performance

Maintaining high standards in line with CQC and regulatory requirements

Supporting individuals to access the community, develop independence, and achieve personal goals

Acting as the key point of contact for families, professionals, and commissioners

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident leader with a genuine passion for adult social care.

Essential:

Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care

Previous leadership or senior experience in social care (Team Leader, Senior Support Worker, Deputy, etc.)

Experience working in supported living, learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs

Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding

Full UK driving licence – must be a driver

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

Experience with CQC compliance

Experience supporting people with behaviours of concern or complex needs
