Summary
Job Overview
-We are looking for a lean management professional who has a tangible track record of Cleaning and lean across production projects.
Main Duties
-The change manager will:• Apply a structured methodology of Lean and Sigma to deliver improvement opportunities• Support communication efforts• Assess the change impact• Support training efforts
Based across locations for key clients within our Food Hygiene business, you will be required to deliver CI projects.
What we are looking for
-Experience required/desired:
-Lean Management
-Sigma - Green Belt
-Working within a manufacturing/food production environment
-Significant experience of managing and implementing operational and process changes in a service business
-Management level of Analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
-Able to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
-Ability to create Value Stream Mapping is key to this role.
-Project management experience
-Experience in compliance and H&S Management.
-Self-motivated team player able to work on own initiative whilst interfacing with senior management, operational teams and client contact points.
• Expert level in core Microsoft office IT Skills (Excel, Visio, Word & Power Point)
