Job Description:
Manage and maintain the company’s online shop and support customer orders and enquiries. Duties include updating product information, helping customers order online, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. The role also involves basic reporting, outbound customer contact, and supporting internal systems and processes.

Key Requirements:
• Customer service or order processing experience
• Confident using phone and email
• Experience using e-commerce systems
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Excel)
• Organised, accurate, and reliable

Desirable:
• CRM experience
• Interest in IT or process improvement
