Booker Group is looking for a talented and motivated Digital Media Administrator with a strong eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Digital Marketing team to deliver high quality campaigns for our supplier partners.
The team’s purpose is to maximise our digital marketing proposition and drive income through collaborative relationships with both external suppliers and internal Booker Trading colleagues.
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Digital Marketing Managers. You’ll be the central point for managing the supplier booking process, collating and sense‑checking digital assets, distributing campaign analytics, and raising accurate invoices.
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, producing accurate information to support decision making
Completing supplier invoicing accurately and on time
Ensuring digital systems run smoothly and supporting users to get the most from them
Assisting with supplier funded advertising in the Food & Drink Guide and Catering News
Building strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Supporting the delivery and maintenance of supplier funded digital activity, including web banners and email campaigns
Analysing and reporting on the performance of supplier funded digital activity
Working collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders to deliver effective commercial solutions
Contributing to generating incremental income across selected suppliers and categories
Delivering clear, confident presentations to external partners to support income generation
A proven ability to build positive and productive relationships with business stakeholders
Strong organisation and time‑management skills, with excellent attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills, comfortable using email, Microsoft Teams, phone and face to face channels
The ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
A creative and analytical mindset
Confidence managing your own workload, prioritising effectively and working independently
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (Business Objects experience is a bonus)
Evidence of self motivation, intuition and forward thinking
Experience of managing upwards when required
Experience of B2B marketing practices and a passion for digital and print communications
