Holy Trinity CE Primary School is seeking an inspirational and committed Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team on a maternity cover secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about high quality teaching, school improvement and Christian values.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
• Be an excellent classroom practitioner.
• Lead key areas of school improvement and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required.
• Support high standards of teaching, behaviour and pupil outcomes across the school.
• Line manage and develop staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
• Analyse school data to drive improvement.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Champion safeguarding and uphold the highest standards of care.

• Someone who inspires others and communicates a strong vision for excellence.
