Holy Trinity CE Primary School is seeking an inspirational and committed Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team on a maternity cover secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about highquality teaching, school improvement and Christian values.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner.
- Lead key areas of school improvement and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
- Deputise for the Headteacher when required.
- Support high standards of teaching, behaviour and pupil outcomes across the school.
- Line manage and develop staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Analyse school data to drive improvement.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Champion safeguarding and uphold the highest standards of care.
