Your new opportunity

Quarriers is excited to invite applications for two part time Support Worker opportunities:

  • 1 x 25‑hour contract at Finnart Street, Greenock
  • 1 x 25‑hour contract at Westview, Greenock

These are warm, welcoming residential services where you will play a key role in supporting adults with autism, epilepsy, and learning disabilities to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.

About Finnart Street & Westview

Finnart Street is a small residential care home for six adults, offering a homely environment with stunning views over the Clyde Estuary. The house features six bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining hub, living room, laundry facilities, sleepover/office space, and a spacious garden with decking for residents to enjoy.

Westview is home to five residents, with a further three supported at the Coach House. Both services are vibrant, activity‑focused environments with well‑used garden areas and a newly refurbished dining/kitchen space ideal for games, cooking, and social activities. A new minibus will soon enhance opportunities for community outings.

Both services provide 24‑hour support and encourage residents to make choices, develop new skills, and live active, inclusive lives.

Working pattern: Typical shifts include:

  • 8am–1pm
  • 8am–4pm
  • 1pm–9pm
  • 4pm–9pm
  • 11am–11pm (sleepover) / 8am–11am

What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

  • Work alongside residents to promote independence, inclusion, and confidence
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, activities, and community involvement
  • Help create a positive, respectful, person‑centred environment
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive staff team
