The Role

As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen operation, shaping the club’s culinary identity while delivering consistently outstanding food for members and guests. You will combine creativity with commercial awareness, leading a talented kitchen team and ensuring excellence across à la carte dining, private events, and bespoke member experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the Head Chef

• Develop seasonal menus for restaurant dining, bar menus, private events, and functions
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to maintain exceptional standards
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
• Manage food costs, GP margins, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Plan and deliver menus for weddings, corporate events, and member functions
• Contribute strategically to the club’s food vision and long-term development

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef in premium hospitality
• Background in members clubs, fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurants
• Strong leadership, creativity, and commercial awareness

Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation environment
