Job Title: Administrator Hours: 30 hours per week Working weeks: 39 weeks per year (Term Time Only + INSET) Salary: CSET 10. £26,403 FTE (18,413 prorated) Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31/08/2026 About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and organised School Administrator to join our friendly team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our school. Reporting to the School Operations Manager, you’ll provide essential administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include: School admission administration Creating and updating spreadsheets and databases Collecting, collating, and managing key information Photocopying resources and contacting parents as needed Producing, scanning, and uploading documents Supporting wider administrative tasks across the school This is a varied and rewarding role. You’ll be part of a supportive environment that values collaboration, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
About You You’re personable, approachable, and thrive in a busy environment. A self-starter with a keen eye for detail, you enjoy learning new skills and take pride in staying organised—even when juggling multiple tasks. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working in a general office environment and within administrative procedures Is confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and databases Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, students, parents, and the wider community Can manage competing deadlines with support from your line manager Is eager to learn and contribute to a positive school culture Has (ideally) some experience with SIMS, though this is not essential Demonstrates a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
