Grade 4, £28,031 - £31,236 per annum pro rata

The Glasgow School of Art is looking to appoint a User Support Assistant to work within the Library Services Department. Working closely with the Library team (Collections, Learning Technology and User Services) to support of key activities by undertaking any or all of a wide range of other duties to ensure that all users are able to make effective use of library, learning technology systems and Library IT facilities and software.
You will be educated to HND or equivalent, have developed ICT skills and have previous experience of e-learning in a HE/FE environment. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills are essential as is the ability to manage workload independently.
