The Role
Eastlight has an exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Compliance & Systems Officer to join our Procurement team on a full time, permanent basis! This role focuses on supporting the effective operation of our procurement systems, controls and assurance across the organisation, playing an important part in helping teams navigate procurement requirements with confidence. It will also ensure that our data and processes are transparent and compliant with the Procurement Act 2023.
You will support the day to day operation and continuous improvement of procurement systems, supplier onboarding and assurance processes, framework usage and reporting, helping to maintain accurate, accessible and reliable information. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide guidance, training and practical support on procurement processes, while helping to maintain audit readiness and consistent standards. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, supporting others and improving how things work, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to safeguarding public funds through good procurement practice. Strong knowledge of business systems, preferably within procurement or finance, is essential.

- £41,033 per annum
- Permanent Contract, Full-time (37 hours per week)
- Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
