Guest Services Assistant
Full Time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
Salary of £25,397 per annum, plus monthly TRONC
We are seeking a Guest Services Assistant who will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to hotel guests from
pre-arrival to after departure. The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling guest requests efficiently, and
ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience in line with hotel standards.

Key responsibilities
* Welcoming guests upon arrival to Swinton Park Hotel and assist with check-in/ out procedures
* Provide information about Swinton Estate, services and local attractions
* Handle guest feedback
* Operating our management system (Rezlynx)
* Processing reservations of additional activities, booking amendments, upsells, cancellations and payments
* Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
* Carrying out administrative duties
What we are looking for
* Excellent communication skills
* High standards of professionalism and personal grooming standards
* Strong customer service focus and problem solving ability
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Rezlynx experience - desirable
