Introduction

As a preferred supplier, Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a national client for HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers based in Birmingham. This is an ongoing role with immediate starts available, delivering building products using a HIAB-mounted crane while providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties
  • Operating a Class 2 HIAB vehicle (brick grab / hook with electric remote required).

  • Delivering building products to private and commercial addresses.

  • Start times from 7:00am, Monday to Friday (no weekends).

  • Completing delivery paperwork accurately.

  • Keeping the vehicle clean, tidy, and well maintained.

  • Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Requirements
  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

  • Proven experience operating an HGV-mounted HIAB crane (ALLMI).

  • Reliable, punctual, and customer focused.

  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.

  • PAYE rate of £17.00 per hour.

  • Overtime paid at £20.00 per hour after 8 hours.
