Summary
To provide high-quality care and support to people living with neurological conditions, both within their own community across the Great Yarmouth area and at our Great Yarmouth hub.
You will support people to rebuild their lives, delivering personal care where needed and helping individuals access meaningful, engaging activities that promote independence and wellbeing.
Most support visits are between 3–4 hours, allowing time to build genuine relationships and make a real difference.
