Summary
Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions, including assessment, monitoring, and management. Prescribe medications independently within your scope of practice. Perform and interpret ECGs and other cardiac assessments. Deliver patient education and support for self-management of cardiac conditions. Collaborate closely with GPs, pharmacists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Contribute to service development and clinical governance. Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
