Are you passionate about grounds maintenance and ready to help transform Bromford neighbourhoods into immaculate, rubbish-free spaces? If you take pride in your work and enjoy being outdoors, we have the perfect role for you!

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our housing communities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Grass cutting using pedestrian mowers and strimmers.
  • Hedge trimming, weeding, raking, sweeping, and litter picking.
  • Cleaning and maintaining communal areas.
  • Clearing empty homes, gardens, and handling fly-tipping incidents.
  • Driving a van or tipper truck (up to 3.5 tonnes) to transport waste to tips and recycling sites.

Every day will bring fresh challenges as you work to keep our neighbourhoods clean, green, and inviting. If you have a strong background in grounds maintenance and enjoy a physically active job, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Join Bromford, part of Bromford Flagship, and be part of a leading housing provider delivering place-based, community-focused services across the Midlands and South West — backed by the scale, stability, and ambition of the Bromford Flagship group.

Additional requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • A Basic DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
  • A Full UK Driving licence

Closing date for applications: 13th February 2026
Please apply early, as we may close the vacancy early if we receive a high volume of applications.
