Summary

In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our housing communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Grass cutting using pedestrian mowers and strimmers.
- Hedge trimming, weeding, raking, sweeping, and litter picking.
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas.
- Clearing empty homes, gardens, and handling fly-tipping incidents.
- Driving a van or tipper truck (up to 3.5 tonnes) to transport waste to tips and recycling sites.

Additional requirements:
