Job Role

Deliver "hands-on" reactive maintenance, from repairing broken school furniture to fixing minor leaks.
Manage daily "porterage," including setting up chairs for assemblies and moving heavy deliveries safely.
Ensure the school is accessible during winter via grit-spreading and snow clearance on main walkways.
Monitor and maintain school play equipment to ensure it meets safety standards for daily use.
Secure the site at the end of each day, ensuring all classrooms are locked and the alarm is set.

Qualifications

Must have UK experience in a school or similar commercial site role.
A proactive "jack-of-all-trades" skill set (minor plumbing, carpentry, and painting).
The ability to work independently and manage a busy daily "to-do" list.
Reliability is key, you are the person the school relies on to open the doors every morning.
