IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundworks or a physically demanding, hands-on environment.
Key Duties-
Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.

Loading machinery with packaging materials.

Palletising finished goods.

General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Previous experience in groundworks or a similar physical role is advantageous.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach.

Starting rate of £13.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am-4:00pm.
