Summary
What will we want you to do? To monitor governance and service delivery to provide operational excellence in line with established standards To build and develop strong relationships with stakeholders and customers Lead, motivate, and manage the staff team Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Represent the organisation at external meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements as required Be part of a 7 day a week service rota requirement, This Post will involve some unsociable hours and regular weekend work
