Summary

Production Operative

The Docks, Sharpness, Gloucestershire GL13 9UX | £13.00 per hour | Monday-Friday 7am-4pm | 40 hours per week | Temporary with progression

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundworks or a physically demanding, hands-on environment.

Key Duties
  • Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.

  • Loading machinery with packaging materials.

  • Palletising finished goods.

  • General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in groundworks or a similar physical role is advantageous.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach.

What We Offer
  • Starting rate of £13.00 per hour.

  • Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am-4:00pm.

  • 40 hours per week.

  • Full training and ongoing support.
