A rare opportunity has arisen for a qualified teaching assistant to join our fantastic team at Water Leys Primary School. Are you that special someone who can make a difference to the lives of our children?

We are looking for someone special who can demonstrate that they have had a positive impact on the lives of pupils by supporting them academically, socially and emotionally. You will also have a good understanding of how to promote positive mental health and well-being.

You must be positive, flexible and have a can do attitude at all times.

We are looking for someone who is:

• experienced in supporting children throughout the primary phase;
• passionate about supporting pupil learning and development and dedicated to forming and building positive relationships;
• a strong team player who is able to inspire and motivate pupils, working effectively with the teacher;
• committed to the vision of the school and our CARE values;
• is highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• wants to make a difference to the children in our care.

Closing date for receipt of applications is midday, Sunday 22nd February 2026. Interviews will take place on Thursday 5th March 2026.
