Your new role
- Delivering engaging, purposeful lessons, ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported in their learning.
- Adapting quickly to different school environments, routines and expectations while maintaining high‑quality teaching.
- Following each school's curriculum and planning guidance, using your professional judgement to meet the needs of all learners.
- Managing behaviour effectively and building positive relationships with pupils and staff in a variety of settings.
- Demonstrating flexibility, professionalism and a positive attitude while contributing to the smooth running of each school you support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within primary settings, with confidence teaching a year or range of year groups.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with pupils.
- Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver high‑quality teaching.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to working with different schools and teams.
