Your new company
We are currently recruiting two tenant liaison officers on a temporary basis for a Housing Association. These roles will be to cover the North West.
Your new role
You will be reaching out to tenants whose properties are outstanding electrical testing. There are several properties contractors haven't been able to gain access to. Your role will involve making contact with the tenants via letter, chasing responses and, if not successful, trying to reach them on the phone, and finally attending the property if there is no response. This is a hybrid role and there is flexibility for you to be either office or home-based, and you will manage your own diary if you are required to go out to properties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previously worked as a tenant or customer liaison officer or have a strong customer service background dealing with customers face to face. You will be resilient and confident and able to manage difficult customers who have been reluctant to allow contractors access to their properties. You will need a UK driving licence along with access to your own vehicle.
