Senior Quantity Surveyor | Tier 1 & 2 Residential | Major Packages
Are you a heavy-hitter in the residential sector with a track record of staying power? We are looking for a sharp, fast-paced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the reins on a flagship residential project.
If you thrive in the high-stakes environment of Phase 4 procurement and have the scars (and successes) to prove it, we want to talk.
The RoleYou won't just be managing spreadsheets; you'll be driving value on high-spec, high-value residential schemes. We need a negotiator who can go toe-to-toe with subbies and secure the best results for the project.
-
Procurement Mastery: Lead Phase 4 procurement with precision.
-
High-Value Packages: Full ownership of £10m Facade and £15m M&E packages.
-
Commercial Strategy: Manage the letting process from end to end under Main Contract conditions.
-
Fast-Paced Delivery: Keep pace with a Tier 1/2 environment where momentum is everything.
We aren't looking for "job hoppers." We value longevity and a proven history of seeing major projects through to completion.
-
Experience: Recent, heavy-duty experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 residential contractors.
-
Package Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Facade and M&E procurement/management.
-
The "Edge": A fierce negotiator who understands the nuances of letting complex packages.
-
Contract Savvy: Expert-level understanding of Main Contract requirements and risk management.
